You have a right to request your health information related to care you received at Curaçao Medical Center or formerly St. Elizabeth Hospital. We will generally honor a patient’s request to furnish information to another party, which may include but not be limited to a physician, hospital, or medical facility; to an attorney; to court, and to an insurance company, with a written authorization from you or your authorized representative.
