Roselena Paredes Marshall - Gastroenterologist
Dr. Paredes is a gastroenterologist graduated in Venezuela, with more of 10 years of experience, that since november 2019 works in Curacao.
She completed her studies with a master degree in endoscopic ultrasound at the ValldHebron Hospital in Spain. She likes to treat patients with acute or chronic digestive problems and liver diseases, whether they are patients requiring hospitalization or outpatients.
She has experience in performing of stomach endoscopy (gastroscopy) and bowel endoscopy(colonoscopy) for diagnostic or terapeutical porpouse in patients mainly with gastrointestinal bleeding or with non-invasive tumors. Her development in Endoscopic ultrasound allows her to study of tumors in the esophagus, stomach, páncreas, gallbladder and rectum.
Dr. Louisa van de Loo-van Dijk - Gastroenterologist
Dr. Louisa van de Loo-van Dijk is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Curaçao Medical Center (CMC), with broad experience in gastroenterology and a particular focus on oncology and hepatology.
She studied Medicine at Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed her residency in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam. During her academic career, she obtained her PhD on the subject of “Chronic Mesenteric Ischemia” through the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the Department of Radiology at Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam.
Since 2026, Dr. van de Loo-van Dijk has been part of the CMC team, where she provides specialized care for patients with gastrointestinal and liver conditions.
