Willemstad, May 26th, 2023 – Curaçao Medical Center (CMC), will soon officially launch its patient
satisfaction survey aimed at improving each patient’s experience. To successfully launch this survey,
patients that have not given their consent yet will receive an SMS requesting their authorization to receive
ongoing patient satisfaction surveys. This will ensure that patients will have the opportunity to give
feedback after each visit to the hospital. The opinions shared through the survey will be treated with the
utmost confidentiality and will remain anonymous.
CMC kindly request all patients to respond to the SMS invitation to be able to provide their valuable
feedback through the patient satisfaction survey. Your participation will contribute significantly to our
efforts to elevate the healthcare experience we provide and ensure that every patient receives the highest
quality of care
