Willemstad, May 11th , 2022 – Today the Court approved most arguments of Curacao Medical center (CMC). The Court indicated that the Minister of Public Health, Environment and Nature has 3 months to react to CMC’s budget of 2020 and 2021. At this moment, CMC will not give any comments while awaiting a reaction from the Minister.
